EXPERT CARE, COMFORT, AND SUPPORT

Find Relief and Comfort

Services include visits made in the home by Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, Chaplains, Counselors, and Nursing Assistants, all working together to meet the medical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Other Services include medical equipment, medical supplies, and medications, all of which must be related to your life-limiting illness.

Mother’s Love Hospice also provides temporary respite and general inpatient care for acute symptom management that cannot be managed at home.

HOW WE MEET YOUR NEEDS

How Do I Qualify for Hospice?

Hospice is available to anyone with a life-limiting illness with a prognosis of 6 months or less if the illness runs its normal course. The patient or the patient’s representative must choose to elect hospice as a treatment option and a physician must certify the patient’s eligibility.
